    Once you submit this form I will follow up with you for an in person physical assessment. If for a couple or friends, fill out separate forms.

  • What services do you offer?

    Personal training for individuals and couples/friends, group classes TBD.

  • What kind of fitness do you teach?

  • I teach bodyweight exercises and functional movement. No equipment is required. I focus on fun, slow, controlled movements.

  • Do you only teach in Coal Harbour?

  • I’m open to discussing house calls if you are still within Vancouver! You can note this on your intake form.

    Can I talk with you first?

  • What is your rate?

    Rate depends on what kind of session and if individual or bundle. Contact me to discuss.

    Session payments can be made in cash or by e-transfer.

  • Do you teach classes?

    Yes TBA!

  • Are you queer?

    I am queer, trans, non-binary, and neurodivergent.

  • Are you certified?

    Yes! I am certified as of 2024 through GMB Fitness.

  • I’m injured / recovering / chronically ill

    We can have a chat to discuss your starting point and goals and I’ll let you know if I am the right fit for your needs. I’m happy to make modifications that will feel right for you.

  • Clients MUST be vaccinated. Proof will be required on a digital consent form.

    PREPARATION

  • How do I come prepared?

  • Please come well slept, hydrated, fed, showered, and with deodorant on. Bring your own water bottle or use a fountain available. Life also happens, come as you are, and I’ll meet you where you’re at.

  • Please avoid alcohol use if possible the day before your session as this can affect performance and recovery.

  • The gym can sometimes have a couple other people in it, so please bring ear plugs or buds in case you want to use them.

  • Where do you train?

    I train in a private gym in Coal Harbour neighbourhood in Vancouver, BC. Address is given to existing clients.
    * Open to agreed upon house calls
