BOOKING

  • How do I book sessions with you?

    Get your personal fitness plan here! Once you submit this form I will follow up with you for a in person consultation.

  • What is your rate?

    $30-50 sliding scale + 5% GST (goods and services tax)

    Session payments can be made in cash or by e-transfer.

  • Are you queer?

    I am queer, trans, and neurodivergent.

  • Can I talk with you?

    Yes you can message me via DM @buyanmoves or email buyanmovement@gmail.com

  • Are you certified?

    Yes! I am certified as of 2024 through GMB Fitness.

  • I’m injured / recovering / chronically ill

    We can have a consult to discuss your starting point and goals and I’ll let you know if I am the right fit for your needs.

  • Clients MUST be vaccinated. Proof will be required on a digital consent form.

    PREPARATION

  • How do I come prepared?

  • Please come well slept, hydrated, fed, showered, and with deodorant on. Bring your own water bottle or use a fountain available.

  • Please avoid alcohol use if possible the day before your session as this can affect performance and recovery.

  • The gym can sometimes have a couple other people in it, so please bring ear plugs or buds in case you want to use them.

  • Where do you train?

  • I train in a private gym in Coal Harbour neighbourhood in Vancouver, BC. Address is given to existing clients.
